• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• MVP Rewards sign-up: email, and mobile number only if you choose to give it. Text messages only if you check the text opt-in box.
• Team order requests and contact messages: the details you type in the form.
• Combine entries: your email from payment, game scores and any reward code earned.
• Visitor statistics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, clicks and scrolling). Clarity hides typed form content. We do not send names, emails, addresses or payment details to these tools.

To fill and ship orders, answer requests, run the Combine and rewards, send messages you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

MVP Club marketing texts. If you check the text opt-in box when joining MVP Rewards, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from GAME TOUGH™ at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

Internal order alerts. Separately, the business owner may opt in to receive automated order notification texts when a paid order comes in. This is an internal alert for the business only, requires its own explicit opt-in, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share mobile numbers only with our text message delivery provider, solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Stripe (payments), our shipping and printing partners (to make and ship your order), our website host, our text messaging provider (to deliver texts you opted in to), and Google/Microsoft for visitor statistics.

Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email; reply STOP to texts. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at contact@gametough.com. You can block analytics with browser settings or ad-blocking tools.

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Youth products are purchased by parents or guardians.
